  • 1) Always prep the skin with facial oil in order to help the cups glide smoothly over the skin.

    2) Always keep the cups moving, do not let the cups sit on the skin as this can cause slight temporary bruising/redness

    3) Use gentle suction down your neck and across your chest for lymph drainage. Start with a light amount of suction, the cups are most effective with light suction so they can glide smoothly

    4) Starting at your jawline work your way upwards and outwards.

    5) Do 3-5 sweeps per section and finish down the neck.
